  • Girl Effect have an exciting new role for a Team Coordinator as we extend the reach of TEGA, our innovative peer research methodology which is at the cutting edge of the international development and media sectors.

     What you can expect to be involved in:

    • Arranging and booking all aspects of domestic and international travel
    • Coordinating pre-travel safety briefings and ensure that all travellers have the relevant documents and visas
    • Managing invoicing and expense processes for the team and conduct budget reconcilliations
    • Supporting project managers with contracts and payment schedules
    • Arranging meetings, provide support with agendas and capture minutes
    • Assisting the team in the production of presentation materials
    • Supporting project managers with tech support, liaising with in-country teams and local partners
    • Ensuring all TEGA devices are ready for fieldwork activity and monitoring data uploads
    • Supporting the TEGA Director with all admin support

    You'll need to have to have:

    • Experience in providing team support in a fast paced environment, managing multiple projects and tasks
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain excellent relationships
    • Excellent time management skills with the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Ability to escalate issues and recommend solutions
    • Experience of working with senior managers and stakeholders
    • Experience with Salesforce or an equivalent system and Microsoft Office
    • Basic design skills using in-design is desirable
