Woman is stabbed during domestic violence attack in Lacey

A 33-year-aged man was arrested early Sunday on suspicion of multiple crimes right after a girl noted staying held towards her will in an apartment in Lacey and sexually assaulted, in accordance to law enforcement.

Thurston County Jail details displays the man was booked on suspicion of 1st-degree assault/domestic violence, initial-degree kidnapping/domestic violence and to start with-diploma rape.

Police have been dispatched to an condominium in the 8500 block of Litt Travel Southeast about 10 p.m., Sgt. Shannon Barnes mentioned Sunday. Litt Generate is south of Martin Way and east of Marvin Road.

Barnes said the person and an grownup woman had been in the condominium when the lady reported the man compelled her to stay and would not let her leave. Through that dispute, the lady was assaulted, which includes with a weapon thought to be a knife. The lady suffered stab wounds to her leg and shoulder location, Barnes reported.
